While John McClain is only a sports writer and not an NFL Coach, he seems to think there is no room for Brink on the Texans roster. From his blog, "I don't understand the last pick other than Gary Kubiak wanted a young quarterback to try to develop. They drafted Alex Brink, who prepared for the draft by working out at Plex in Stafford with Danny Arnold. I think they should have used the pick on a pass rusher rather than a quarterback. Brink won't make the team because of Matt Schaub, Sage Rosenfels and Quinn Gray. At best, he'll be on the practice squad." Looks like Brink has some work to do.
