Quwan Spears from the Sacramento Bee is reporting that Cal transfer James Montgomery is heading to WSU. Montgomery, RB, gave his word to his High School Football Coach, Max Miller that he will be attending WSU over Florida and South Carolina. Montgomery will have to sit out this season but will have plenty of time to get adjusted to WSU and the new system. Huge get for the Cougs!
