Martin Stadium Debuts

Saturday will be the first game in the newly remodeled Martin Stadium and while it may look nice then, the project is only 2/3 done. From the article, "If WSU officials' optimism is well-placed, they'll have something grander to show off in two years. Phase 3 is construction of luxury suites, loge boxes and club seats above the north (student-side) section, adding some 2,200 seats." Athletic Director Jim Sterk has been rallying Cougar Alumni to commit to buying luxury suites and boxes so they can get on their way with the construction. Either way Martin Stadium is already much improved over what it looked like two seasons ago.
